Love this bag! I have just two criticisms, which is why I only give it 4 stars:
1. The hidden laptop/ipad compartment is terrific (and is the reason why I bought this bag) HOWEVER this compartment is located in the expander section of the zip, which means it can be accessed when the suitcase is locked. Considering it is where high-value electronics are stored, it is such a shame this compartment can't be locked. It means I'll have to move my electronics into a different section of the bag if I'm leaving it somewhere (such as hotel storage, or while I'm sleeping on the plane).
2. the bag comes with an annoying plastic marketing tag that wraps around it and is sewn into the seam. Bright orange. Can't be removed without damaging the bag (if someone at Pierre Cardin knows how to do this, please tell me!)
